Winskel

A developer gives Winskel one coding objective. Winskel decides what should stay together, what can run in parallel, what has to wait, and which available model should own each part. It runs the work through the developer’s existing Claude Code and Codex accounts in isolated Git worktrees, tracks the dependencies, and brings the changes and checks back into one review. Developers can let Winskel make the orchestration decisions by default, while the product is being expanded to support more explicit preferences and custom workflows.

Developers using multiple AI coding models still coordinate them by hand. They open separate terminals, decide which model should do what, repeat context, track dependencies, and reconcile the outputs themselves. As more models become useful for different kinds of work, the coordination problem gets worse.
