Problem we are solving — The charity sector in the UK spends 15.8 million hours a year reporting. We use methodologies which don't work, to generate data we can't use, to try and understand our impact. But the people who use these services tell you what they think every day. Transceve connects to unstructured, conversational data sources and applies an evidence-based analysis to return quantitative impact data to allow measurement of change over time, and qualitative highlights to bring these numbers to life. We are curating our own SLM, to mitigate LLM issues around data privacy, bias, and environmental consumption, providing an ethical and responsible AI use case solving a significant issue for the sector.

Current traction — We have an MVP running in one organisation, and are seeking funding to build the product and build the team. Our financial plan shows us cash positive end of year 2, with EBITDA of 28.8% at the end of year 3.
