SONARCH

SONARCH is an agentic operating system and decision layer for AEC industry that connects the tools and the people on a project and gives them one shared memory. It plugs into the software a firm already works in, holds what the zoning allows on a site, what the building regulations require and how the firm does things, and answers questions in plain language with the exact source attached, so an architect, engineer and contractors can put an answer in front of a city reviewer and inspector and defend it. Every answer and every decision is kept as people work, without anyone stopping to write anything down, so the project builds a memory of its own: the next person, the next phase and the next consultant start from what has already been settled instead of working it out again. That memory carries into the firm's next project, so the longer a firm uses SONARCH the more of its own history it brings to every new job.

Construction is a disconnected industry. One building involves a dozen separate parties: architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, the city, suppliers. Each works in their own software, and none of those tools talk to each other. There is no shared memory between the teams. Decisions get made and the reasoning is written nowhere, so it gets re-derived, or gotten wrong. Permits drag on, mistakes surface late, and every phase inherits the last one's confusion. That waste sits on top of the cost of land, labor and materials. Past a point the numbers stop working and the developer never buys the land. Fewer projects start, fewer finish.
