Overview
What They Do
giveme5 evaluates what your body was built for by analyzing your fingerprints: how strong, fast, resistant and coordinated you are by nature. We give you five sport options matched to your body, and you choose. Then we build your training and nutrition plan around your goals — and stay with you until you reach them. We serve kids 4+ discovering their talent, and adults who want better, healthier results.
Challenge
Problem We Are Solving
Families in the US spend over $40B a year on youth sports, yet most kids train for years in the wrong sport: of the 540,000+ high school basketball players, only 3.6% reach the NCAA and 3 in 10,000 reach the NBA draft. Parents spend time and money guessing — and kids pay with frustration and tears. Adults repeat the pattern, following routines built for somebody else's body.
