ForageBee

ForageBee is building logistics around the customer instead of making the customer work around logistics. Customers can simply drop off an unpacked item or have it collected, then provide the shipment details at their convenience. ForageBee handles what happens in between: packaging, measurements, labeling, shipment preparation, carrier selection, and handoff. For international shipments, ForageBee is paired with CustomsAI, an intelligent customs layer designed to adapt shipments as customs rules and requirements change. It determines the relevant documentation, classifications, and compliance requirements based on the shipment, origin, and destination, with no manual involvement required beyond human monitoring during the first year. The idea is simple: the customer controls the shipment; ForageBee handles the logistics around it.

Shipping is still designed around the carrier’s process. Customers are expected to find packaging, prepare the item, create labels, understand shipping options, and complete everything correctly before the shipment can move. ForageBee reverses that relationship. The customer hands over the item and stays in control of the details, while the logistics work happens around them.
