dineoutwith.us is a fully-functional reservations, invitations, and payment platform for booking groups of 6-40 at New York restaurants. We're marketing it as a "dinner party at a restaurant"; we believe that we can create an entirely new category of dining experience - a host-led, premium, experience of small- to medium-sized groups spending time connecting over food and drinks. We believe that there's a huge potential market of people 40 an under who prefer group socializing to 1:1; value experiences over material goods, value connection; like the social recognition of being the organizer / host; and respond favorably to opportunities to enhance their socials with "living my best life" content.

Currently raising: We're raising $2MM in convertible debt to support scaling in NYC and starting a 2nd city, before raising a series substantial VC rounds to support national and international expansion.
