Problem we are solving — Independent chefs have no scalable path to ownership — and consumers are underserved by food options that are both high-quality and culturally diverse outside of a traditional restaurant setting. CrewDish solves both sides: we give chefs a branded platform, systems, and royalty income to operate without taking on full ownership risk, while delivering chef-driven street food across food trucks, corporate catering, and a subscription box program to consumers and businesses nationwide.
Current traction — Pre-revenue, pre-launch. Key milestones: Workforce Platform (people.crewdish.com) deployed and live, CrewDish Academy training system built and seeded into production database, Head Chef Partner and Head Commissary Partner contracted, $750K pre-seed raise actively in progress across multiple angel networks and SBA lender matches, June 2026 live launch target across Seattle, Chicago, and Atlanta.
