BUILI

BUILI is an AI construction verification platform that converts 2D drawings into lightweight 3D spatial models and connects them with field photos, voice notes, measurements, BIM, RFIs, submittals, and specifications. The lightweight 3D model gives every field observation a clear location even when complete BIM is unavailable or outdated. BUILI then compares the actual site condition with the latest approved project information, identifies what changed, classifies the discrepancy, and checks whether the evidence is sufficient. Each verified issue becomes an RFI, punch item, change event, or model update request for project team review. BUILI creates the missing spatial verification layer between field reality and construction decisions.
