Argile fixes this by building a world model for buildings: a foundation model that genuinely understands a building, tells workers exactly what to do, and verifies the work was done correctly. We understand a building both remotely (predicting features and energy use from satellite, LiDAR and Street View imagery) and on site (turning a simple phone video into a 3D reconstruction). We then guide each trade step by step and let workers harvest finely labelled data as they work, which trains the model to check quality automatically.
